To export web page data to Excel: |
Method 1 (works with Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Chrome):
- Position the cursor on the web page, at the start of the data to copy.
- Hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse to highlight all of the data to copy.
- Press the right mouse button. A pop-up menu will be displayed. Click on Copy
- Click in the Excel cell where you would like to paste the data.
- Press the right mouse button. A pop-up menu will be displayed. Click on Paste.

Method 2 (works with Internet Explorer):

Right click on the area of the web page that contains
the data you would like to import into Microsoft Excel. A pop-up menu
will be displayed.

Click on Export to Microsoft Excel.

Microsoft Excel will open, a "Getting Data" message will briefly be
displayed, and the data will be displayed in Excel.
Note: With this method, you will need to perform these steps for each table displayed on the web page.
